Sandy Nevius, longtime Lamar resident, passed away at the age 70 on March 25, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Sandy was born on December 11, 1942 to Eugene B. and Lucile E. (Purviance) Veatch.
Per Mrs. Nevius’ request cremation will take place and there will be no public services.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her grandson Clay Douglas Nevius.
Sandy is survived by her husband Doug Nevius of the family home in Lamar, children: Scott (Tami) Nevius of Lamar, Jeff (DeAnna) Nevius of Sun City, CA and Rob Nevius of Lamar as well as 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice direct or in care of the funeral home office.
