A memorial service for longtime Granada, Colorado resident, Ruth Moore will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Paul Floyd of the High Plains Fellowship Church officiating.
Per Ruth’s request cremation will take place.
Ruth was born on April 25, 1956 at St. Louis, Missouri to William David Lenox, Sr. and Juanita Marie Rowe and passed away on February 10, 2022 at the Holly Nursing Care Center in Holly, Colorado at the age of 65.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike L. Hicks, son Dale Moore, her parents, and infant sister Belva Colleen Lenox.
Ruth is survived by her daughters Collien Moore of Canon City, CO and Carrie (Andrew Sommers) Moore of Granada, CO; grandson Peyton Chambers of Canon City, CO; siblings Roxanne Carter of Denver, CO, Kathy Loveland, William D. Lenox, Jr. and Janet Lenox all of Lamar and Connie (Scott) Stone of Evans, CO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Funeral Home.
