A private family graveside memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Robert Losa, Sr. will be held at Fairmount Cemetery.
Per Robert’s request cremation will take place.
Robert was born on February 14, 1934 at Mexicali, Mexico to Jesus and Martina (Sandoval) Losa and passed away on May 1, 2019 at the Holly Nursing Care Center in Holly, Colorado at the age of 85.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary C. Losa; grandson, Shawn Brock and his parents.
Robert is survived by his children, Mary Snyder of Alamosa, CO; Teresa (Larry) Duncan of Springfield, CO; Beatrice (R.C. Cole) Losa of Lamar, CO; Bertha (Tom) Brock of Ft. Collins, CO and Robert (Elisa) Losa of Lamar; eleven grandchildren, Bettina Snyder, Hondo Snyder, Jonathan Richardson, Ryan Duncan, Blaine Duncan, Mandy Losa-King, Derek Cole, Brett Brock, Tanya Brock, Nathan Losa and Sammy Bockhorn-Losa as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Holly Nursing Care Center either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
