A memorial service for longtime Lamar and Springfield resident, Nadine E. Haddock, affectionately known to many as “Dean”, will be held at a later date.

            Per Dean’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation.

            Nadine E. Haddock was born on July 8, 1920 in Mineral Springs, Missouri to Evert L. Baker and Mable B. Owings-Baker and departed this life on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at the Southeast Colorado Long Term Care Center in Springfield, Colorado at the age of 94.

Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, two granddaughters – Andrea Haddock and Danielle Hackett; by one daughter-in-law – Joyce Haddock; by three brothers – Truman Baker, Charley Baker and Morse Baker and three sisters; Dorothy Dilbeck, Ruth Tull and Lois Baker.

She is survived by her children; Patty Hoff of Branson, MO, Linda (Troy) Crane all of Branson, MO, Gary (Sherry) Haddock of Wichita, KS and Larry (Janet) Haddock of Wellington, TX, eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother; Vern Baker of Belton, MO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.

            Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
