A funeral liturgy for longtime Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mary Alice Medina, will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, June 22, 2026 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Deacon Allan Medina presiding. Inurnment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at the Lamar Senior Center.

Mary Alice was born on November 28, 1956 at Syracuse, Kansas to Marcello and Jennie Medina and passed away on May 31, 2026 at the Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 69.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcello and Jennie Medina, her husband Dennis Montoya, brothers Joe Besse and Nachie Besse and sister Linda Medina.

Mary Alice is survived by her son, Jon Medina, granddaughter, Hailey Medina, her siblings Alfred Medina, Arthur Medina, Patricia Flores and Peggy Cummins as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
