Mary Jane Jenkins
The family of Mary Jane Jenkins would like to invite you to join in celebrating her life. A tree planting service to honor her memory will be held at the Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar, Colorado on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 10:30 AM. Pastor Debbie Tamez will officiate the service and following, the family will have a dinner prepared and ask that you join them if you’re able.
Come share a morning with the families of Wendi Rider; Betty Speelman; and Klint Hall; and enjoy memories, time together, and help plant a lasting memory.
Per Mary Jane’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Mary Jane was born on March 4, 1950 at Lamar, Colorado to Jack and Boneva (Coppinger) Hall and passed away on June 23, 2018 at the Pikes Peak Hospice with her family by her side at the age of 68.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Jamie Hall and brother-in-law, David Speelman.
Mary Jane is survived by her daughter, Wendi (Crockett) Rider of Lamar, four grandchildren, Morgan, Cole, Josiah and Colin, her sister, Betty J. Speelman of Ignacio, CO, nephew, Klint Hall of Albuquerque, NM and grandnieces, Andrael, Mikaela and Kaonna. She is also survived by numerous other family, to include her aunt, Chloris Coppinger of Cortez, CO as well as a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Prowers County Historical Society either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
