A celebration of life memorial service for longtime Holly resident, Leonel Vedia will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, April 26, 2018 at the Holly First Christian Church.
Per Leonel’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Leonel was born on October 7, 1975 in Laredo, Texas to Jesus and Martha (Rodriguez) Vedia and passed away on April 24, 2018 at his home in Holly at the age of 42.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Noe Vedia.
Leonel is survived by his wife, Eva Vedia of the family home in Holly; children, Aileen Scott, Trinity Scott and Joseph Scott and his parents, Jesus and Martha Vedia. He is also survived by his siblings, Jesus (Rosalinda) Vedia, Jr., his twin brother, Leopoldo (Stephanie) Vedia, Jenro (Elizabeth) Vedia and Cecilia (Wilson) Gutierrez as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
