A private family memorial service for Lamar resident, Laura Dittburner will be held at a later date.
Per Laura’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Laura was born on September 27, 1918 at Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Martha (Geske) Fisher and passed away on November 17, 2015 at her home in Lamar at the age of 97.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Dittburner; two sons, Wayne Dittburner and Neal Dittburner; her parents and a brother, Earl Fisher.
Laura is survived by her daughters-in-law, Doreen Dittburner of Lamar and Chris Clement of Scottsdale, AZ; six grandchildren, Melanie, Jason, Diane, Selena, Jennifer and Brian; ten great-grandchildren and one brother, Melvin Fisher of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by her two special friends, Pat Serna and Claudia Gill both of Lamar.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
