A private family inurnment for longtime Lamar resident Kenneth Cartwright will be held at a later date.
Per Kenny’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Kenny was born on October 5, 1945 at Denver, Colorado to Reace A. and Frances M. (Armstrong) Cartwright and passed away on December 5, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 72.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Richard D. Cartwright.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Mikki Cartwright of the family home in Lamar, step-son, Brett Buxton, grandchildren, Bryton and Madison Buxton all of Lamar and his daughter, Tisha Anne and by his brother-in-law and his wife Mike and Ginny Bosley of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
