A celebration of life for lifelong Lamar resident, Jodi Rae Maestas were held at 10:00AM on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Lamar United Methodist Church with Reverend Kathy Leathers of the Holly United Methodist Church officiating. Interment followed at the Wiley Cemetery.
Visitation for Jodi was held on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 1:00PM until 7:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Jodi was born on August 9, 1995 at Lamar, Colorado to Anthony and Connie (Thombs) Maestas and passed away on October 4, 2016 at the age of 21.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Art and Francis Maestas; maternal grandparents, Robert “Buddy” and Eloyse Thombs and her brother-in-law, Derek Babauta.
Jodi is survived by her daughter, Madison Joiel Maestas-Lim of Denver; parents, Anthony and Connie Maestas of Lamar; sisters, Sunny Maestas of Lakewood, CO and Kelsey Maestas of Pueblo West, CO as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jodi Rae Maestas Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
