JoAnn Dové Jo Ann Dové was born April 18, 1938 at Maxwell Hospital in Lamar, Colorado to James E. and Ruth L. Hall of Two Buttes, Colorado.
Mrs. Dové passed away on April 28, 2019 at Coimbra, Portugal at the age of 81.
A private family graveside inurnment will be held at the Two Buttes Cemetery.
She spent the first 16 years of her life on a farm in Two Buttes. She married Robert Lou Arnold on January 21, 1955 in Clayton, New Mexico. To this union were born three children; Teresa Gail, Robert James, and Barbara JoAnn.
She married Ronald S. Dove on February 28, 1971 and to this union was born a daughter Rhonda Elaine.
Jo Ann retired from the Veterans Administration Healthcare System after 21 years and 3 months on December 1, 2000.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harvey L. and Celia M. Hall; maternal grandparents, John W. and Golda Duncan, son Robert James Arnold and daughter, Teresa Gail Arnold, and her parents James E. and Ruth L. Hall of Lamar.
Jo Ann is survived by her daughters Rhonda Dove of Coimbra, Portugal and Barbara Arnold of Jonesboro, AR; her grandchildren, Jeffery Smith of Lewisburg, TN, Colby Smith of Hartselle, AL, R.J. and Sabrina Arnold of Pryor, OK as well as her great granddaughters, Mackenzie and Alexis Smith.
