A celebration of life memorial service for lifelong Lamar resident, Jeremy A. Groomer will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker officiating.
Per Jeremy’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Jeremy was born on December 9, 1982 at Lamar, Colorado to William R. “Bill” Groomer and Debra Lopez and passed away on December 7, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his family by his side at the age of 35.
He is preceded in death by his twin daughters, Mollie and Madison Groomer; step-mother, Charlene Groomer; nephew, Xavier Groomer, his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
Jeremy is survived by his children, Nashayla Groomer and Dominic Groomer both of Lamar, his father, Bill Groomer of Wiley; mother, Debra (Tony Martin) Lopez of Lamar and siblings, Adam (Crystal Sena) Groomer and Tisha (Corey) Reamy all of Lamar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeremy Groomer Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
