A celebration of life memorial service for current Lamar resident formerly of Denver, Bonnie De Leon will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Ian Blacker officiating. Inurnment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Bonnie was born on June 28, 1960 at Sac City, Iowa to Richard and Donna Mae (Lyons) Janssen and passed away on June 22, 2017 at her home in Lamar at the age of 56.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Paul De Leon of Denver, children, Rachel (Juan) Flores of Lamar, Crystal (Ben) Smith of Pueblo, Pablo De Leon of Montana and Sonja (Robert Vigil) De Leon of Lamar and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Donald Janssen of Ordway, CO and Lynn (Ron) Nicewanger of Iowa as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
