Funeral services for lifetime Kiowa County resident, Arlene Rehm was held at 11:00 AM Wednesday March 26, 2014 at the First Christian Church in Eads.  Delbert Beard and Ian Blacker co-officiated the service and burial followed in Eads Cemetery in Eads, Colorado.
Visitation for Arlene was held from 8:30 to service time on Wednesday March 26, 2014 at the First Christian Church in Eads.
Mrs. Rehm was born on February 11, 1917 in Sheridan Lake, Colorado to Sila Gilbert Ashley and Amy Jane (Neal) Ashley and departed this life on Friday March 21, 2014 at the Cheyenne Manor in Cheyenne Wells, CO at the age of 97.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband-Samuel Raymond Rehm; by two great grandchildren-Paydon and Zack Grayson; and by three siblings-Eloise Ashley; Tom Ashley; and Nellie Mae Harms.
Arlene Rehm is survived by three children-Larry (Bev) Rehm of Byers, CO; Gary (Chris) Rehm of Eads, CO; and Cheryl Rehm of Lakin, KS; by seven grandchildren-Stefanie and Scott Rehm; Joanie Grayson; Colleen Buss; Casie Gordanier; Annette Fink; and Brad Rehm; by her six great grandchildren-Thane and Britten Fink; Kashlyn Gordanier; and Austin, Mackenzie, and Morgan Buss; by her twin sisters-Sharon (Marvin) Proctor and Glenda both of Seattle, WA; and by one sister-in-law-Betty Ashley of Pueblo; also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Eads First Christian Church either directly or through the funeral home office.
