Alma Foster
A celebration of life for longtime Lamar resident, Alma Foster will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the Lamar United Methodist Church with Pastor Kristina Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
Visitation for Alma will be held from 1:00PM until 5:00PM on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Alma was born on April 6, 1928 to Delbert A. and Myra Anne (McCall) DeForest and passed away on August 8, 2017 at the Prowers Medical Center at the age of 89.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Foster, her parents and her brother Wilbur DeForest.

Alma is survived by her son, Roger (Debbie) Foster of Lamar, grandchildren, Kevin and Jenna Foster and her many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice or SAGE Nutrition either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
