A memorial celebration of life for Eads resident and Physician Assistant, Michael P. Manley was held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Peacock Family Chapel in Lamar. Military Honors were be under the auspices of the Lamar V.F.W. Post # 3621 and the Lamar American Legion Post # 71.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation.
Michael was born on October 20, 1947 in Sacramento, CA to Pierce and Lorraine (Vanderwater) Manley and departed this life unexpectedly on Saturday February 16, 2013 at the age of 65.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents.
Michael P. Manley is survived by his wife – Mary Breslin of Eads; by three daughters – Patricia (Brian) Johnson of Tucson, AZ; Cheryl Perry of Taos, NM; and Sarah (Raymond) Van Osten also of Tucson, AZ; by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; along with many, many friends.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Physician Assistant Program at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA either directly or through the funeral home office.
