Matt, as he was known to his family and friends, was born on March 1, 1982 at Lamar, Colorado to Rebecca A. Pruett. He passed away on April 22, 2007 at Lamar. Matt was 25.
He is survived by his mother, Becky Berndt, his grandmother, Chris Cordell and his sister Susan (Keith, Jr.) Nidey all of Lamar. He is also survived by his aunt and uncle, Kathy and Bill Gentner of Garden City, KS, nephew; Christopher Heston, niece; Torie, cousins; Christopher Reece of Lamar and Daniel (LaRae) Reece of Lakin, KS as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Sage Nutrition directly or in care of the funeral home office.
