Lesly Rosalba Chacon
A mass of Christian burial for lifelong Lamar resident, Lesly Rosalba Chacon will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Reverend Mariusz Wirkowski as celebrant. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
Lesly was born on June 19, 1998 at Lamar, Colorado to Javier and Maria Guadalupe (Talamantes) Chacon and passed away on September 27, 2018 as the result of an automobile accident at the age of 20.
She is survived by her parents, Javier and Maria Chacon of Lamar, sister, Karely Chacon and her brother Javier Chacon both of Lamar, maternal grandparents, Ismael and Evenjelina Garcia of Wiley and her paternal grandparents, Felipe and Rosa Chacon of Chihuahua, Mexico. Lesly is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lesly Chacon Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
