A private family memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Lawrence Flint will be held at a later date.
Per Lawrence’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Lawrence was born on May 21, 1935 at Las Animas, Colorado to Irvin Ozal and Alma J. (Johnson) Flint and passed away on November 10, 2015 at his home in Lamar with his family by his side at the age of 80.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his mother and father-in-law.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, Carol Flint of the family home in Lamar; sons, William (Deann) Flint of Indianapolis, IN; Clayton (Tammy) Flint and Andrew (Heather) Flint all of Lamar; three grandchildren, Grayden; Marley and Ashton. He is also survived by his sister, Fern (Cecil) Wright of Greeley as well as numerous other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
