Holli Kathleen Pennington
Holli was living in Kentucky, living her dream of working with horses, when an accident took her from us. The adventure began in January after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and she was a very proud Ram.
She was raised in Lamar, Colorado where she enjoyed reading books about many things, but especially horses. She was a Girl Scout and avid 4-H and FFA member. She enjoyed showing rabbits and her dog Star. She also enjoyed baking, always making pumpkin cookies for Christmas presents.
Holli really loved her family and loved spending time with them. She is survived by her mother Pam Pennington, her sister Laci Pennington; Grandmother Dee Pearson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
