Fern was born November 2, 1922 at Alma, Oklahoma to Wayne and Nellie (Vannier) Elliott and passed away at the
Juniper
Village at Lamar on October 12, 2007 at the age of 84.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Wayne Elliott, Jr. and a sister, Carolyn Burkman
Fern is survived by her husband LeRoy Wayne Elliott of Lamar, daughter, Judy (Dean) Douglass of Lamar, son, Dennis (Marlena) Elliott of Sacramento, CA, grandchildren; Cheryl (Larry) Welton of Wilton, CA, Mark (Nancy) Burkman of Camas, WA, Dede (Rob Woods) Krausman of Parker, CO, Danny (Tammie) Douglass of Greeley, CO, Michael (Vanessa) Bozeman of Suwana, GA, Ricky (Hilary) Elliott of Oklahoma City, OK and Kimberly Elliott of Sacramento, CA as well as her 21 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice direct or in care of the funeral home office or to Talking Books Library (www.cde.co.us).
