A Bronco attire celebration of life for longtime McClave resident, Dwayne Gaut was held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Peacock Family Chapel with his brother-in-law; Rocky Mason officiating.
Per Dwayne’s request cremation took place and there was no visitation.
Dwayne was born on January 12, 1962 at Liberal, Kansas to Carl Edward and Doris June (Craig) Gaut and passed away on April 19, 2015 at his home in McClave at the age of 53.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Dwayne is survived by his children; Keith (Kristell) Stegman of Lamar and Joshua Gaut of McClave, step-children; Jonathan Lujan of Las Animas, Valerie (Patrick) Gonzales and David (Veronika) Licano, all of Lamar and Adrian Licano of Las Animas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two sisters; Leona Faye (Rocky) Mason of Hugoton, KS and Connie Gaut of Pueblo, his step-mother; Etta Gaut of Coffeyville, KS, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dwayne Gaut Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
