A Mass of Christian burial for longtime Bristol/Granada resident Beatrice Delgado will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church in Holly with Reverend John Nkwocha as celebrant. A rosary service will be held prior to the mass at 9:30AM at the church with Josie French reciting. Interment will follow at the Sunnyslope Cemetery in Bristol.
Visitation for Beatrice will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Beatrice was born on June 4, 1933 at Koen Ranch, Colorado to Abraham and Carmen (Ortega) Duarte and passed away on July 29, 2016 at the Hospice House in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 83.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Robert Cory Delgado and her siblings, Anita Buchanan, Sebino Duarte, Catherine Guerro, Alex Duarte and Raymond Duarte.
Beatrice is survived by her two children, Dorine Delgado-Swaim of Bristol and Ryan J. Delgado of Denver; grandchildren, Kenneth Michael Swaim; David A. Swaim and Christopher Smith and siblings, Stella Esquibel of Granada; Jesse Duarte of Lamar and James Duarte of Granada. Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends also survive.
