A Mass of Christian Burial for lifetime Lamar resident, Antonia R. Perez will be held at 10:00 AM Friday February 1, 2013 at St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Charlie Sena as the Celebrant. A Rosary service will be held prior to the Mass at 9:30 AM also at the church. Interment will follow the mass at Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday January 31, 2013 from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM at the Peacock Funeral Home.
Mrs. Perez was born on July 3, 1921 at Lamar, Colorado to Fidencio and Carmen (Alvarez) Ramirez and passed away at the age of 91on January 21, 2013 at her home in Lamar with her family by her side.
Antonia is preceded in death by her husband Bernard Perez on March 6, 2001; by her parents, by one infant daughter – Bernadette Perez; and by two sisters- Magdalena Ramirez and Guadalupe Ramirez.
She is survived by her brother Jesse Ramirez of Lamar, CO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
