Harry A. Weimer
A graveside service for Colorado Springs resident and former longtime Wiley resident, Harry A. Weimer was held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Wiley Cemetery.
Per Mr. Weimer’s request there was no public viewing.
Mr. Weimer was born on August 17, 1919 at Saskatchewan, Canada to John and Catherine (Utz) Weimer, Sr. and passed away on March 3, 2012 at the Medalion Care Center in Colorado Springs at the age of 92.
Harry is preceded in death by his wife Martha Weimer on April 8, 2009, parents his brother, John Weimer, Jr. and four sisters; Anna Weimer, Mary Wollert, Pauline Bessler and Lydia Dietz.
He is survived by his daughter Sharon (John) Ribary of Federal Way, Washington, his grandchildren; Shon (Rachel) Steger, Chuck Ribary, and Taggart (Eva) Ribary. He is also survived by his great grandchildren; Harrison “Harry”, Bennett, Regan, Sarah Ribary as well as other family and friends in the Wiley and Colorado Springs communities.

Mr. Harry made an impression on me that remain to this day. I worked for him as a teenager many times. He like my father Otis Collins always set a high standard and some how made work fun for a young man. I share your loss of this great man.
