Dear Brooks Family, We just learned today about Effie passing, we were in Colorado Springs, unable to attend the service. We are so very sorry to hear this. She was such a sweet lady. About 3 months ago she called here, just to visit, we had such a great talk and covered so many different subjects! Of course her news concerning family was filled with pride when she talked about all of you. Our thoughts are with you all... Keith & Debra Carter |
