To Liz & family

Our thoughts are with during this challenging time. Pat was an amazing woman who touched many lives. She fought hard to stay with us but will continue to remain in our hearts and memories. Wish we could be there but will see you soon.

With love,

To the relatives of Pat Bates:

I first met Pat at the home of a friend in Dillon,Colorado and then again at her grandson Dylan's baptism. During our brief acquaintance, I was drawn to her aura of serenity and beauty. She seemed at peace with herself and her future whatever the outcome, and she projected that loving quality which portray mothers and grandmothers. I feel blessed to have met Liz's mother and now saddened at her passing to another realm which is beautiful to her, but remote to those who miss her being in this earthly realm. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I do believe that "LOVE" is all there is and I know you will feel Pat's with you forever and she will feel yours.

love, Cloud Stein
To the Patricia Bates family my heartfelt sympathy.
Pat you are an inspiration to all. You fought a good fight against the cancer but God needed you with Him.
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. We won't forget you and will keep your memory alive for that little grandson. Rest in Peace Pat.
Your Cousin,
Mary Fischer

To the family of Pat Bates:
I am so sad to hear of Pat's death and my dearest thoughts and condolences go to all of the family, most particularly Lucy, Dee, Mike and Mary Beth whom I knew so well so many years ago. Pat was such a good friend during high school and college and she continued to include me in her life through her annual Christmas letters over the years. I know family and work were her two greatest passions - she was so brave to continue helping and working with others while she was sick herself, a true inspiration for everyone.

Denise (Mathews) Balding
